YYC4 Fullfilment Center

I hope Amazon will do something on what's going on YYC4 coz it's way toooo looonnnnggg for them to process the shipment, It has a huge impact to the seller. I have like 7 shipment now being delivered but I don't know when it will be processed and my item will be available for purchase. It's a big loss for us as a seller.

Stop worrying, it's a new warehouse. They're on a 12-16 day turnaround right now and it's getting better.

We have no choice to send shipments there, they are delayed and then Amazon charges low inventory fees on the items that should have been received?
View post

The low level inventory fee is only charged if you have less than 28 days of stock. Once your order gets received and checked in, if you have more than that, then the inventory fee gets wiped out.

but now that they are charging us for being low in stock they cannot have these massive delays. Either charge and receive quickly or don't charge and receive slowly. Don't do both.

They only charge if you have stock and when it ships out as part of the FBA fulfillment fee. So regardless if they have your items received or not, if you have less than a 28 day stock in the system available for sale, you're gonna get charged the fee.

I understand it is charged when you have less thatn 28 days of stock. But my concern is the shipment gets the the warehouse but is not received by Amazons team. In the meantime you dip below 28 days of stock.

But you are saying if shipment is checked in but no units are available for sale on that specific shipment Amazon will still consider this when calculating the low inventory levels?

View post

The fee is only charged at shipment time with your FBA fulfillment fee.

If they are late checking in your shipment, but your shipment brings it up above 28 days after checked in, no low inventory fee is charged, because the item ships out after it's checked in.

Have you actually verified on your transaction list that the fee was infact charged for the sale?

This is not the only one. Many ASINs have enough inventory for more than 28 days, and the system still charges low inventory fees.
