ACCOUNT INACTIVE - Verification Status Complete but Account Still Inactive
We received a notification on May 13th stating that our account was deactivated due to inactivity. We have not started selling yet, but we’ve been trying to reactivate the account.
When I click the “Reactivate Account” link, I’m redirected to the Identity Information page, which shows that verification is already complete. I reached out to several support agents to ask how to proceed, and one advised us to re-submit all the documents we had previously provided. I followed those instructions and re-submitted everything, but the issue still persists.
Unfortunately, the service team continues to send automated responses with a link to reactivate the account, but every time I follow the link, the same issue occurs: the account remains inactive, and the system says that verification is already complete.
I’ve attached screenshots for your reference. Could you please look into this issue and let us know the next steps to fully reactivate our account?

I'm facing the exact same issue and Amazon is sending automated mails to reactivate the account. Looks like same issue is happening to multiple sellers in Canada.

Same thing is happening to me!!!! I don't know what to do. I called help and amazon help couldn't do anything. I'm so frustrated. Can anyone from amazon please respond to this post! :)
