I receive a Product Safety Issue warning for my product.
I sell stationery goods and Amazon Seller Support stated below.

As all buyers know they can navigate the expanse of Amazon and receive only safe products, it is important to ensure all of you products meet safety expectations and regulations at all times. Any seller offering products which are regulated by local, state, and federal laws and other governing ordinances requires the submission of compliance documentation.
These items are going to be regulated by Consumer Product Safety Commission which will outline what information needs to be submitted for the specific type of product you are offering for sale. For general-use, non-children’s products, Amazon policy requires that testing be conducted by an ISO or IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory, appropriately accredited to perform testing to the applicable testing scope.
For children’s products, the CPSC has posted a list of CPSC-accepted testing labs. For general-use, non-children’s products, testing does not need to be conducted by a CPSC-accepted lab, but per our policy, it must be conducted by an ISO or IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory.
If you have not already, you will want to visit the service provider network and find an accredited lab which will complete the testing and provide you with the necessary data and documentation.
You will be provided options for filtering as well as a place for you to review your previous requests and messages about those requests as seen in the screenshot above.
At this time, I do see this case is still pending review. We will want to wait until that review is complete prior to looking over further options here.
A pencil case will, indeed, fall under this policy and requires the applicable testing documentation. "A pencil case or pouch is a small bag or container made of plastic, cloth, nylon, PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), or other material and includes a snap, zipper, or clasp closure, and is typically used to store small school supplies." Does this apply to your product?
