We have green light in the removal of negative feedback in regard to the current situation of the Canada Post Strike, we are still looking into all other factors and observations made by you all within the creative content I made last week about this same topic.

By date of submission I mean that we will be reviewing orders affected after Friday, November 15, 2024, orders prior to this date will not be reviewed/taken into consideration for investigation, I will be reviewing each individual request next week and will post an update on all replies with their respective outcome through this thread.

Thanks for posting this@Daryl_Amazon It's not clear when you say that you will be reviewing orders affected after Friday, November 15 2024. There are packages that were shipped prior to the strike which are hung up and not delivered yet because of the strike. Will you be removing the feedback for those orders? Because the way you worded it makes it sound like you will only look at orders that were shipped after the strike.
Also, will you be removing seller impacted ODR's from A-to-z claims that are directly related to the strike? It doesn't seem right that Amazon is holding the seller responsible for something that is out of our control, especially when there is valid tracking to prove that the package was in fact mailed. The A-to-z team is denying all appeals on the grounds that we are not providing valid tracking, which is completely false!
As for negative feedback that should be removed, which is directly related to the Canada Post strike, here is my information:

This is all I have for negative feedback so far as of the date of this posting. Please look into the ODR for A-to-z claims as well, since these claims that are directly related to the strike should NOT affect the seller's ODR. It's bad enough we have lost several thousands of dollars between A-to-z claims and voluntary refunds.
