UPS lost package and I cant find my Shipper Account Number
I'm attempting to submit a claim with UPS, but they're requesting my Shipper Account Number, which I'm unable to locate anywhere. Despite speaking with representatives who attempted to assist me, I've tried both options they provided, but neither of them proved successful.

Did you use Amazon buy shipping? If so, then Amazon has the shipper account number, but most likely they will not disclose that to you and tell you to go back to UPS.

I reviewed the related help page which I have linked below. I see a phone number for special needs such as scheduling a pick up, inquiring about weekend services, and filing claims of loss or damage. That phone number is a direct line to UPS at 1-800-711-5914. Is that the number you have called and been told you need the account number?
