Unable to upload new documents for verifaction - urgent help required
Dear Amazon Support,
I am trying to upload a new document for verification, but I am unable to do so because my account still displays the following message:
“Please wait while we review your request. We are reviewing your account to confirm if there are any additional verification requirements. The page will automatically refresh in 30 seconds.”
This message has been appearing for over 7 days, and I have not been given the option to submit any new documents.
Additionally, I currently have four open support cases, none of which have been resolved. The most recent case is #17937232361.
Could you please reopen the document submission section or advise how I can upload the required documents? I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
