AI Misclassifying Chemicals and Containers requirements on Products
AI seems to be causing alot of issues with misidentification of Chemicals and Containers Compliance for products and is shutting down alot of ASIN needlessly. Has to be costing not only the sellers but Amazon huge. @Ricardo_Amazon do you have any insight? You seem to be the man in the know with the programming side of things at Amazon. Even people who are attempting to comply are being turned away after using Amazon affiliated labs for docs. In alot of instances however, docs should not even be required at all. I'm currently dealing with it with ASIN: B008UEWLB4. All I get is generic responses from customer support. Not sure they've even looked at Amazon ad as it is a steel plug for an oil pan. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It is. We currently have 118 listings shut down due to this. It was as high as 123 listtings but 5 of the listings have come back last week somehow. Not sure if there are FINALLY humans reviewing each shut down listing at Amazon after their AI fails to accept the correct appeal and compliance documents for the product that is miscategorized.
@Christine_Amazon this issue is still ongoing at Amazon, this programming glitch needs to be fixed!
