Does the DHL Shipment Option To Canada Use Canada Post For Final Delivery?

Does the DHL Shipment Option To Canada Use Canada Post For Final Delivery? Most people probably know about the Canada Post strike at this point. We were using ePost Global to send our very tiny orders to Canada for $5-6 USD, but they use Canada Post for final delivery in Canada... The USPS does also. So neither will be delivered for eons even if the strike ends soon.

We started getting an above average number of orders from Canada, maybe because a bunch of others removed offers in Canada, and I was messaging everyone to let them know things would take a long time most likely... But then I was looking at the options built into Amazon Buy Shipping, and they have DHL for prices that are not great, but maybe workable. Basically $15.50. If I were to set shipping to $20ish bucks maybe we'd still get some orders to there during the holidays... But if DHL uses Canada Post then there's no point and I might as well completely take down our Canadian listings until the whole mess is over.

Soooooo does anybody know FOR SURE if DHL uses their own delivery network in Canada, or Canada Post for final delivery?
