I don't even understand that question (or rather I hope not)

but I recommend you start searching help for "sourcing guidelines" and "violation invoice requirements"

No, it doesn't charge any fee for Outlet Deals. But you need to remember that once the deal is started, you will not be able to pause/end it.

The only option to pause that deal is suppress that ASIN and suffer sale loss for the remaining deal period.

There are no additional deal fees for using Outlet. Standard fulfillment and referral fees still apply for participating ASINs.
