Can't send inventory when I have ZERO inventory

Anyone else dealing with this? Amazon support is beyond useless, I can’t send any new shipments into inventory for a specific SKU. It says I have hit the maximum inventory allowed even though I have zero inventory left for that SKU and there's no restrictions at all, I have plenty of space left for inventory when I check that also. I waited two weeks now and it's still not letting me send in anything. Amazon support said it would "reset" on specific dates which were a complete lie. Ideas?

We’re experiencing the same issue. Twelve of our ASINs are showing the “max inventory reached” error even though all of them currently have zero units at FBA. I recommend opening a case with Seller Support for each affected ASIN so the internal team can review it.

Be sure to include:

A screenshot of the exact error message you’re receiving

A screenshot of your FBA capacity monitor showing that you have no restrictions and still have available space

This seems to be a system-wide glitch/error right now, so providing clear screenshots helps Support identify and escalate the issue more quickly.

Yes! Same issue here. Sold out of an ASIN (Oversized), Amazon recommends that I send another 3 today. When I go to add the ASIN to a shipping plan, I get an error that I'm at the maximum allowed. For oversized items, I'm currently at less than 1% of what I'm allowed. Was also told it would reset on Nov. 12 and it didn't. It's prime season for this item to sell, yet, can't send any. I totally agree that it is beyond frustrating! I'll add my case to the list please: 18768908561@Angie_Amazon

Same Issue with two of my listings- Cannot ship Inventory

"1 Error

You are already at the maximum inventory allowed for this product, due to capacity or other restrictions. This product must be removed from this shipment. Learn more

If you have resolved all errors, you can save your packing template again"

Also ran into this problem and support refused to help besides telling me to fill out forms and hope Amazon unrestricts a product that has a mysterious restriction for no apparent reason. Was able to speak with one agent who was able to tell me when the restrictions end. So the agents are able to see the schedule of these restrictios and when they will end, even though they will just lie and tell you nothing.
