Reactivating My Account

I'm having a hard time understanding how to reactivate my account. I have zero violations, and my account is in good standing, but I cannot reactivate my account.

Previously my account was closed because I sold a legitmate copy of Dead Rising (an Xbox 360 game from ten years ago) and it was copywrite striked? I didn't even know that was a thing on Amazon.

But, the complaint is now gone, it's been years since I have sold anything, and my account seems to be in a sort of non-reactivation limbo.

It seems impossible to get actual human eyes on this issue, no matter what HELP button I press.

Any suggestions?

You would have to post the notice that Amazon sent to you stating what you need to do, for any other sellers to make suggestions. If it has been years, you likely have to do identity verification.

This isn't correct. If you had zero violations, your account would not have been suspended.

Check your performance notifications, the original notification from the violation would be there.

It sounds like the complaint disappeared as they do after 180 days, but you were unable to get unsuspended. You would have had to get unsuspended and actually deal with the violation within the 180 days.

Post your failed seller support case numbers here and perhaps a forum moderator might be able to escalate your case.

I understand your account has been deactivated some time ago and now there is no path for you to appeal nor a notification of how to address the issue.

I am going to forward your information for further research at this time. Please continue to provide relevant updates and ask further questions here, as the Forums community and I are here to support you.

All the best,

Stevie
