My own brand and listing -- "Your product requires approval to sell."
I've been selling my product on Amazon for about 8 years, no issues and suddenly I can no longer send any inventory into Amazon and it says "Your product requires approval to sell." I own the brand and created the listing. The product does not show up under the list of products I need approval to sell, its not in a restricted category as far as I'm aware. Suddenly can't seem to use FBA because of this restriction.
Oh my goodness, I just checked the listing and I've been hijacked and the product is now under a different brand name that isn't mine! Help! I can't edit the listing at all because it says I need permission!

Any help? I submitted a ticket to Amazon but got a nonsense response. I've been the only one selling this product for 8 years. This is my listing, my brand, and my product and now I'm unable to sell or send in inventory because I've been Hijacked by a brand that "requires permission" to sell!! Help!
