VTR below treshold - Canpar Express issue
Hello,
We received a notification from Amazon that our VTR was below 95% and that categories were at risk. I produced the VTR report and all affected orders were shipped using Canpar Express. The issue appears to have started on April 17th (promised delivery date) with some orders being flagged for no apparent reason, and starting April 22 (promised delivery date) all orders shipped with them are in the report. The pdd window is currently Mar. 25, 2026 - Apr. 23, 2026, so we expect the issue to get worse as time moves on.
The reason given in the VTR report are as follow for all 300 orders in the report:
VTR criteria 1: Was carrier used an Amazon-approved carrier?
No
VTR criteria 2: Was a tracking ID provided?
Yes
VTR criteria 3: Was package ship confirmed before actual delivery?
Yes
VTR criteria 4: Carrier provided tracking scan to Amazon?
No
Canpar Express is an Amazon-approved carrier, and is still available in the carrier dropdown.
Anyone else has that issue? Any insight would be appreciated. In the meantime I will contact the Account Health assurance team.
Thank you all.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I have valid tracking numbers with Canpar, yet they are being marked as invalid tracking.
All shipments were delivered on time, but the report indicates otherwise.
This is very confusing—especially since Canpar is an Amazon-approved carrier, and we’ve been using it successfully for over 3 years without any issues.

We're in the same boat. Contacted Seller Support on Friday and was told to call Account Health. Called Account Health was empathetic but didn't have additional information to share yet. We were asked by Account Health to follow-up with Support because they couldn't see why this was happening.
We have an open case with Seller Support marked as "Work In Progress" (Case: 20215287681) and we haven't heard back yet.

Same issue, they keep blaming us saying Canpar is not Amazon-approved, claiming Canpar Express is, when we tell them it's the same company they say no it's not and disconnect.

Same issue BUT started a case with the issue. They said they were aware and to monitor the situation and our account would not be deactivated due to the issue. They are working on it!

They seem to have corrected the orders now, instead of showing other->canpar it's showing Canpar Express for the first time.
Still need to fix the affected orders.
