FC Processing
Dear sellers,
This problem I am facing seems to be really weird. It was an FBA order.
I sent 6 units of a product which was all sold out. One unit was sold everyday but out of 6 units, only 1 unit was processed and 5 units went to the reserved status. Days passed by but the units remained in reserved status. Initially I thought that Amazon is still processing the order but when I the checked my orders it said for 2 units the order was cancelled and only 1 unit was processed and for the rest of 3 units I do not even see the order although the customers placed orders.
When I created a case with Amazon they said it is under FC processing: "Regarding your concern, kindly be informed that there are 5 items that are under FC processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations."
This situation has really got me bananas. Out of 6 orders only 1 order was processed and 5 units magically went into reserved status and I do not even see the rest of the 5 orders. And Amazon is doing their "FC processing" after customers placed their order? And I am paying for the unnecessary storage fees for 5 units which was supposed to be delivered to the customer?

Looking into your account, I see that your main concern is that you received orders and all the 6 units were sold out. But after this, 5 of the units went into reserved status.
I see that we only processed 1 order and the other two were cancelled, this means they were never delivered to the customers and 5 of those units are at the fulfillment center for additional processing.
Right now, the units are in reserved status, and it's just a matter of waiting until the FC processes them by either transferring to another FC or doing some other processing like verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations.
