I recently created my Amazon Sellers account for selling in amazon US store. I will be selling products that are manufactured in India. I will be buying products in wholesale (10+ units per product) and selling it retail in amazon.com store. The brand is registered in India but not in US. They do not have any immediate intent to submit a brand or trademark application for USPTO.

I will be their authorized retailer in US. All product packaging will have their Indian brand name on it. When I go to the pre-listing requirements page, there are four options to choose from. Considering that it is a branded product (in India and not in US), which option should I choose? is it Option #1 where I am reselling products (correct) that I purchased directly from a retailer or wholesaler (they are manufacturer and wholesaler of the product) or is it option #4 (even though the brand is not registered in USPTO)? I am not the brand owner so option #2 is eliminated. and it is a branded product, so option #3 is eliminated.

I am a brand owner and I have a pending or registered trademark with my local intellectual property office.

I am selling products that are non-branded (generic) or using a name without a registered trademark.

I am an authorized reseller of a branded product.
