Live Chat and Call NOT Working.
Trying to remove feedback for an order that Amazon auto cancelled before payment was ever made.
Live chat feature is not working. Gives an error. Phone call option is not working. Gives another error.

This order was NEVER even sent through and was auto cancelled by Amazon (Not me) before payment was made.

You will need to request a feedback removal through the Feedback Manager? Once you do this a case ID will be created. Please share the case ID generated from this request. This information will help us review your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance.
