My prime is disappeared

I used to have the blue prime badge in my listing, but for some reason, it disappeared. Only showed free shipping. Can someone help me understand, please?

This may be that you simply viewed the listing from an Amazon window that was not signed into your Prime account. I actually never sign in on my Prime account on the same browser I use for Selling, so when I go to look at my listings, I only see "free shipping".

Of course, there are so many glitches, it could just be one of those.....

Hello @Seller_LBxL729mG2l1yand welcome to forums! My hunch is that Amazon is currently unable to guarantee Prime Delivery for a the product. There are a lot of different reasons that there might be limitations, including the amount of orders coming out of that location, or the limitations set by carriers or that there aren't Fulfillment Centers carrying the product that are close enough to the fulfillment address. Can you confirm if you do have sufficient inventory available for your current orders? Or is inventory in transit in between Fulfillment Centers?
