Fixing of Purolator problem - Here is the answer
I am pretty sure that the website addresses will be removed from this listing, but I hope that a moderator will take a little more time and read it as it may help them with the Purolator Problem.
In February this year Purolator made a change to their website and we also had this same problem. Customers used to be able to click a link on our website and track there package, however, with the changes to Purolators site, it stopped working. It took a total of less than 4 hours to isolate the problem and correct it so our customers could track their package.
Amazon is a much larger company and I am sure they spend more money on IT than we do in annual sales, but I degress. Below is the quick link to purolators tracking system as it was prior to Feb 18 2023 and the NEW link after that date that corrected our problem. Perhaps this may help their IT Guys figure it out.
Yes, I feel, it was a change at Purolator that caused the problem. But it is a quick fix if you know where to look.
So, here is the link prior to Feb 18 and it does not work. Please note I have removed the periods and replaced with "_" in the event a robot is watching. Also the older link was an http, while the latter link is a https.

and here is the link After Feb 18 - and yes it still works today.

So, Amazon, please obey your own rules and rely to a customer message within 24 hours. If amazon allows the sending of URL in messages, then you could possibly, satisfy their customers by sending them a link. But such is NOT the case.
However, you could break the rules and send the link as a text message to the phone number that is used on the bill of lading. Not sure how much trouble that will get you in, but we are all in trouble as my VTR has decreased to 50% and dropping as time goes on. Pretty sure they will cut me off shortly.
TTFN.

I don't think the Amazon system loads the Purolator website and scrapes the information off a webpage.
Tracking would be done through an API.
Also, it started April 14th, not Feb 18th.Almost 2 months after the link changed.
