Emergency Notifications Email unverified

When I enter my email address and click "Verify," I receive an email that says, "You've successfully changed the notification email address for your seller account. If you didn't make this change or you think your account has been compromised, please contact us at (seller-vcac url )." Therefore, I wasn't able to verify my email address. I verified my phone number, but I wasn't able to verify my email address. Why am I having this problem and how can I fix it? My email address is correct.
