I closed my old phone number. I don't use it anymore. But my old phone number is registered in my Amazon account. I want to change this. When I want to change it, a verification code is sent to my old phone number. But I don't use that phone number. What should I do in this situation? How can I move my Amazon account to my new phone number?

For you to change the phone number on records, you need to open a case with Seller Support. They do have a process to follow for this type of requests.
