Not allowing adding branded product after approval.

Hi,

I have been approved to list a branded product. But when I try to add the product or any other products from that specific brand it says I need approval to list any product from this brand. I went back and forth with the sellers support and they told me there is no issue on the back ground and I should be able to list that product. But I still cannot.

Did anyone have experienced the same issue and if so could you please help me overcome with this issue?
