I have been trying to get an answer from seller support regarding this issue and they keep giving deceptive answers.
If you look at the confirm tracking screen, there is now TWO "Purolator" to choose from in the drop down box. I've been using the 2nd one. But how do I know that it will work? Seller support can't tell me.

We aren't getting dinged through VTR% rate (since all Amazon seemed to do was classify Purolator as a Canada Post Shipment under $30 for the purposes of account health), but we aren't sure if customers can see the tracking, and we're not sure if Amazon is releasing Purolator shipments out of the account level reserve at the correct time after delivery. I haven't heard much from our customers yet complaining and trying to file a to z claims but we've only started using Purolator again sporadically on Amazon within the last couple of weeks when we need to.
