No support from phone by Amazon seller

When I initiate a support request and attempt to receive assistance via phone, I click the 'call me now' button as usual. However, despite the screen indicating that 'Your call is now connected,' my phone does not ring. I have made multiple attempts with the same outcome. Additionally, when I try to schedule a call and wait for Amazon to contact me within the chosen time frame, no calls from Amazon are received. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and found a solution? I need your help.

Hi @Seller_MkTrbnhBDDB8Q,

If your "Call me now" button has been deactivated under your account, you can reach out to Account Health Support through the Contact us button, or through the Help section within Seller Central by clicking Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support.

All professional sellers have access to the Contact us button on their Account health page to contact an account health specialist. When you click Contact us, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and an account health specialist will contact you right away.

The Contact us button is also available on your mobile device through the Amazon seller app. All you have to do is select Account health in the Performance menu. The Account Health Support team is available 7 days a week and you can check available hours of operation within your time zone and your preferred language by clicking Contact Us.

Do let me know if further assistance is needed, just "@" me here and I will be sure to look into it.

As you have mentioned, I understand that the call me now button on your account health page is not working as you are reaching out to account health support. For the seller forums community and I to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.

Sometimes when receiving a call from amazon, it comes up as spam or likely spam or a Seattle Washington phone number depending on the phone carrier. If you have a spam blocker or blocked the phone number, the call me now button will most likely not work. Have you blocked the phone number or have spam blockers on your phone? Here are some trouble shooting options to try.

  • Clear cookies and caches.
  • Disable any running scripts.
  • Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
  • Restart the browser.
  • Try calling from a different browser.
  • Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
  • Double check with your phone provider to ensure spam blocking aids are disabled

I also filled out a survey for the video call, selecting three different time slots for the meeting. I was informed that the meeting link would be sent 48 hours in advance, but I haven't received any confirmation yet.

Was this video call to verify your account? If it was to verify your account, the call me now button issue is separate from account verification. You have mentioned that you haven’t received a confirmation yet. Have you received a performance notification or a case log pertaining the information about the video call after 48 hours?
