I am curious what report it is and from where? This regulation is all about labeling what lab report would one get?

you have to pay a lab to get the report, Because Amazon does accept your opinion — they require a third-party ISO 17025-accredited lab to:

Classify the chemical properly

Confirm the product’s hazards (e.g., flammable + eye irritant)

Validate whether a child-resistant closure is required

Evaluate the label layout, font sizes, and required language

Issue an Amazon-compliant CCCR report based on expert review

however my REPORT SAYS ALL OF THAT AND IM STILL GETTING REJECTED!

Here is another seller that has had their listings removed despite having the correct documentation for a properly classified product.

This doesn't help all the other sellers where your AI has mistakenly classified the product with the wrong test, but if a seller who has ACTUALLY GOT THE TEST REPORTS for a properly classified product, and Amazon rejects it, you can see that the appeals process is indeed flawed.

Can anyone at Amazon explain why the same ASIN can be ordered from Amazon.com and be shipped to Canada by Amazon without any restriction and almost certainly with non-compliant labels? @Christine_Amazon

Meanwhile authorized Canadian Distributors are not able to list the same product for sale in Canada even though we have the proper Canadian labels.

This problem needs to be addressed by Amazon Canada without further delay.

We recently received the same notification for a listing on Amazon Canada. We sell craft paper. How does this fall into the chemical containers category? Why can’t Amazon provide clear guidance on these matters.
