Is Amazon charges for indeviduel account?

Hello Amazon Seller,

This is Whispora, sign up 17th April 2024 on Amazon professional account. When I signed up professonal account I have understood I am not ready for professional business. After I have Downgraded to indeviduel account. My question is Why Amazon charging monthly $39/- vs to Canadian $64.15/-

Since April they are charging, also one month Amazon charge $90.38/-

My Question to all experience sellers how they charge me monthly subscription with out selling single products.

Please help me how can get my refunds.

I emailled and inform them im not ready to add products on Amazon seller center, when I will ready inform or resigned to professional account.

It's $39.99 USD plus tax so GST/HST up to 13% plus the exchange rate to CAD which is about 1.40 right now.

When you signed up as a professional seller and got access to the professional selling tools, that you agreed to pay Amazon the monthly fee regardless of number of units sold.

When I sign up I have understood that ,I need to know how to list, inventory, ppc, add other thing, I emailed to Amazon help center, and mentioned I could not add products. I am not ready for professional account. Also I downgraded my account professional to indeviduel , but Amazon continue charges.
