Amazon refunding my customer WITHOUT product return to me?
I'm not an FBA seller. Everything I sell comes directly from me. I am pretty incensed that Amazon just gives my customers a full refund "who change their mind" once they receive the item, without requiring that they send my items back.
Am I just screwed out of the cost of these items? This is the second time a customer decided they didn't want what they received. By the way, when I contacted Amazon Help, they told me to require that the customer return the product.

Did you go into your preferences for your returns? I'm hoping that is the situation, and this is an easy fix.
When they turned it into refund with the first scan, I got burnt a few times, then I found a forum article to go into my preferences and change it to return to me, or RFS. I recall it being a bit confusing, so take your time. I also read to make sure the return shipping template is correct, so your not overcharged.
Many people don't know if they will get to keep it until they request a return, so only 50% or less actually return the item, most requests are just to see, so please try to fix this asap.
