All the information, including the dimensions and weights of my products, has been entered incorrectly in the Revenue calculator section so it has been calculated incorrect amazon fee. Therefore, I need to know where this information is being sourced from so I can correct it.

Dimension information can be found when you edit your listing. sellercentral.amazon.ca/myinventory/inventory
If the product is already in an FBA warehouse you can ask for it to be remeasured (but that can be slow): sellercentral.amazon.ca/seller-forums/discussions/t/8b116469-ce3f-4572-8f31-a11af815d74f
