Is it possible to add shipping costs and change shipping times to certain provinces and not others? For example:
It would be free shipping and 1-3 day shipping within Ontario but anything outside of Ontario would be a flat shipping rate and 3-5 days shipping.
Is there a way to do this for all our listings?
Reason being is it's double the cost to ship outside Ontario and it's becoming very expensive especially with the canada post price increase last week.
So we are hoping there is a way to;
1. Add shipping costs to only outside Ontario provinces
2. Add longer shipping time to anything outside Ontario.

You will not be able to find this feature. Amazon IS a freight carrier and only help you if you go FBA as their fees cover it. For shipping as a seller, you will have this problem. They will not rectify this. If you are in ONTARIO, they it hurts a little. For those in BC with sales in ontario it is worse, as more can sell in Ontario and hard to then sell in BC.
If you find a way, let us all know as this has been a BIG problem in the Canadian Market. Bus Amazon does not care and will advise you to use FBA. They DO seperate the NWT and YUKON, so at least that is some comfort.

Amazon won't let you change the freight costs for all the provinces, as all the provinces need to have the same freight cost with the exception of the 3 northern territories.
However, yes, you can change your shipping transit times for different provinces and regions, so you can add longer shipping time outside Ontario.

If your items are small enough, the flat rate boxes are for anywhere in Canada. On some shipments that helps, others not so much. We are in BC and use them often for Ontario and beyond addresses. Even within BC now a small package can cost $20, so $27 to anywhere is great for us, relatively speaking.
