Seller Central account inactive for over two weeks, despite submitting all required documents for re-verification

Hi,

My account was deactivated due to inactivity and in-order to activate the account, I was asked to submit some documents for re-verification. I uploaded all the required documents but still the account is inactive. It's been over 2 weeks now.

The page still has the link - Reactivate account. However, when I click on it, I get to Business Information page, where at the very top, it says - "We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed."

I have tried reaching out to Seller Support but every time I get a different response. Below are some of the the responses-

1) Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that your verification documents are still being processed in our system.

2) We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.

It's been over 2 weeks now since I uploaded all the required documents and since then the account status is the same i.e. inactive. I have all the necessary documents. If I need to submit any additional documents, I can do that readily. But, I need to understand what exactly is the issue and if anything is needed from my end. And, if not, then why is this taking so much time and why am I getting contradictory responses from seller support.

Request urgent help to resolve the issue.

It may be worth checking in your Performance Notifications if you haven't yet in case there is further information on opportunities within the documentation. If not, please do share the case IDs used to work on this so far with seller support so I can take a closer look at the specifics along with you!

Thanks for your response.

Yes there were three same performance notifications trigged on May 19 2025 for documents for account re-verification, and I had taken the action on them. I had submitted all required documents more than 20 days back. But, still account is not re-activated and I get these automated responses to my cases stating that account cannot be activated because there "may be" outstanding documents or information that I need to submit. However, when I click on "Reactivate Account" now, I always get to the same page saying - ""We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed."

I am sharing the current case that's open for this issue - 18140038691
