Can I speak to Customer Service without logging in?

Is there a way to speak with a Seller account customer service rep without logging into my account? I'm locked out due to needing to update my payment info, but I want to find out what I owe Amazon first before providing payment info. Please advise.

The quick answer is no, you would need access to your store to request a call or create a case. When requesting a phone call you will need to be a professional seller.

Typically, you would utilize our available repayment options help pages to set this up with our payments teams. As you do not have access to your seller central account at this moment, you can also email them: merchant-balance@amazon.com, while using the email address associated with your store.

I did also want to inquire if the account was deactivated for a negative balance, or was just locked due to the payment information?
