The YYZ2 fulfilment centre in Milton, Ontario was permanently closed on February 27, 2023, and is no longer accepting shipments. Inventory that arrived before that date has been received and transferred to another fulfilment centre.

If you use an Amazon-partnered carrier, all scheduled and in-transit shipments to YYZ2 will be redirected to another fulfilment centre in the Ontario region with no further action required by you.

If you use a non-partnered carrier, please instruct your carrier not to send to YYZ2. If you sent a shipment to YYZ2 and it wasn’t received, please work with your carrier to redirect it to another nearby fulfilment centre such as YOO1, YOW1, or YYZ3.
