Your Amazon.ca seller account has been deactivated

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why did this happen?

We have taken this measure because one or more of your product listings are in violation of Amazon’s Intellectual Property policy:

sellercentral.amazon.ca/gp/help/external/201361070

I received an email from Amazon. As a new seller, I listed a product as a test. However, I later deleted it before I received the email. So, what should I do? I have written many letters and tried to explain what happened, but they still decided to deactivate my account.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!
