Canada Cosmetics Labelling Bilingual labelling - CASE 16670142281
My product is a cosmetic needs to follow Health Canada labelling requirements.
These requirements are: Labelled in French and English for the common name, amount of product, warnings/directions/cautionary statements/instructions for safe use, name+address of manufacturer or distributor and ingredients listed in INCI names.
I have uploaded product photos that clearly show the required information on the label from all sides and Amazon is not accepting them.
I keep getting the following response:
Please note that product needs to be appropriately labeled/packaged in French and English with an ingredient list, as required by Health Canada per the Cosmetic Regulations.
Note - Kindly upload clear and readable all side label images that feature bilingual (French and English) labeling, and the product’s ingredient list, to your product’s listing page.
The pictures I have uploaded are zoomable and clear to read. Please let me know what else is required for this case.

I see that despite your attempts to submit the images that have been requested for your product, the review team is not accepting the submission and your ASINs remain deactivated. I am here to look into this for you and provide support.
I checked into the details surrounding these 2 ASINs in the case. I found that each of these ASINs are active in your catalog with no restrictions on them. From this side I am not finding any issues, can you confirm if this has been resolved for you?
