As a result of this risk, Amazon prohibits non-toy magnet products from being explicitly or implicitly marketed for use by children aged 13 and under (“young children”).

A non-toy magnet product is explicitly marketed for use by young children if the product detail page includes young children in the age range or otherwise claims that the product is appropriate for use by young children.
