Flooding in British Columbia FAQ

My inventory is only at fulfilment centres in the Vancouver area, and I can’t send more inventory due to restock limits. Will you temporarily raise these limits so that I can ship to other Canada fulfilment centres?

Because our Vancouver-area fulfilment centres are operating as usual and customers can place orders for inventory there, we will maintain restock limits in order to best serve all sellers. You can also fulfil your own orders or sell via Remote Fulfilment with FBA. Note: All fulfilment centres throughout Canada continue to operate as usual.

Can customers still place orders for my products in the Canada store?

Yes, if there is inventory for your products in a Canada fulfilment centre and the order is fulfillable by Amazon carriers, we will fulfil orders with that inventory. You can also fulfil your own orders or sell via Remote Fulfilment with FBA.

Will you transfer inventory from Vancouver-area fulfilment centres to other fulfilment centres in Canada during the closures?

All four of our fulfilment centres in the Vancouver area are operating as usual. Therefore, we don’t plan to transfer inventory to other fulfilment centres.

What will happen to my shipment if I already sent it via a non-Amazon partnered carrier to a fulfilment centre in the Vancouver area?

The carriers can reschedule and request a new appointment if they can’t find a safe route. If your shipment has already reached a fulfilment centre, we will receive it as usual.
