Frequently asked questions

What change is occurring?

You can now ship products that weigh between 22.2kg and 44.9kg (49lb and 99lb). As we continue to protect the well-being and safety of our employees while adhering to guidance from local health authorities about social distancing, we have updated our guidelines for shipping these products to Amazon fulfilment centres:

  • All products weighing between 22.2kg and 44.9kg (49lb and 99lb) must be palletized or clampable.
  • All pallets of products weighing between 22.2kg and 44.9kg (49lb and 99lb) that are non-clampable must be built less than 152cm high (60 inches). If double stacked, pallets must be no more than 121cm high (48 inches).
  • Non-palletized products must have a total parcel weight below 22.2kg (49lb).

These guidelines are in effect until further notice and replace prior handling restrictions. Any shipment that does not comply with these guidelines will be rejected and sent back to you.
