Per local health guidelines, certain fulfilment centres in the Peel Region of Ontario are operating at reduced capacity as we protect the health and safety of our employees, sellers, and customers.
As a result, some of your inventory at the YYZ7 fulfilment centre in Bolton, Ontario, may be temporarily unavailable for sale on Amazon.ca. To help minimize potential disruptions, we are waiving FBA storage fees for any affected inventory at YYZ7.
Your affected YYZ7 inventory will show as FC processing in the Reserved column on Manage FBA Inventory. You can also identify affected inventory in the Reserved Inventory report.
Because of the health and safety guidelines, we can’t exclude any inventory from temporary unavailability. You can still sell by fulfilling your own orders, or you can use Remote Fulfilment with FBA if you have US FBA inventory.
Yes, if your product inventory is located in other Canada fulfilment centres, or if your YYZ7 inventory is available. You can still sell by fulfilling your own orders, or you can use Remote Fulfilment with FBA if you have US FBA inventory.
Removal orders cannot be submitted for unavailable inventory. You can submit removal orders once the inventory becomes available again at YYZ7. Inventory in other fulfilment centres is not affected.
We’re working with our partnered carriers to ensure minimal disruption for shipments on the way to YYZ7. No action is required from you at this time.
You can continue to ship your products to other Canada fulfilment centres. You can also sell by fulfilling your own orders, or you can use Remote Fulfilment with FBA if you have US FBA inventory.
We recommend that you don’t send your shipment until we notify you that YYZ7 is operating as usual.
