If you are using tab-delimited inventory files to manage your inventory, resolve the error by following these steps:
Change the product data in your inventory file for this SKU so that it matches the data from your last successful submission.
Enter "Delete" in the Update-Delete column.
Submit your modified inventory file. This removes any active offerings from Amazon.
Change the product data in your inventory file for this SKU to the new values, and change the "Delete" value you entered in the Update-Delete column to "Update."
Note: Ensure that the values for price and quantity are correct; the Update action will recreate your SKU and list the product for sale.
Submit your updated inventory file.
If you use Inventory Loader files to manage your inventory, follow these steps to resolve this error:
Change the product data in your Inventory Loader files for this SKU so that it matches the data from your last successful submission.
Enter "0" (zero) in the quantity column.
Enter "x" in the add-delete column.
Submit your modified Inventory Loader file. This removes any active offers from Amazon. You may need to wait 24 hours to reuse this SKU.
Change the product data in your Inventory Loader file for this SKU to the new values, but leave the quantity at zero.
Enter "a" in the add-delete column.
Submit your updated Inventory Loader file.
When your Inventory Loader file has processed successfully, submit a new Inventory Loader file with a valid quantity for your product.
If you use XML feeds to manage your inventory, follow these steps to resolve this error:
Upload an inventory feed with a quantity of "0" (zero) for this SKU.
Submit your updated product feed.
When your product feed has processed successfully, upload another inventory feed with a valid quantity for your product.
