Seller Fulfilled Prime enrolment revocation

Note: We are currently not enrolling new sellers in the Seller Fulfilled Prime program. You can email us at sfp-enrollment@amazon.com and we will notify you when enrolment reopens.

While you are enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime, you must continue to maintain the Seller Fulfilled Prime performance requirements to remain enrolled in the program.

Amazon will evaluate your Prime eligibility each day. If your performance metrics fall below the established thresholds, or if you violate the program terms, your enrolment in the program may be revoked. The Prime badge will be disabled on your offers, and your program status will change to Ineligible under the Premium Shipping Programs section in the General Shipping Settings. You will be unable to offer products with the Prime badge on your seller-fulfilled listings until you are able to satisfy all performance metrics and program terms on a trailing 30 day basis.

If your eligibility to participate in Seller Fulfilled Prime has been revoked, we will contact you by email to inform you of the situation and instruct you on what to do next. We may require you to provide us with a Plan of Action to improve your performance. In such a case, send us a plan that includes a root cause analysis of the performance issues and a description of how you will address these issues within a defined time period.

Plans of Action can be submitted by clicking the Create POA button on the Performance dashboard, or be sent to sfp-performance@amazon.com.

If our team approves your Plan of Action, your eligibility to participate in Seller Fulfilled Prime will be restored.
