An application program interface (API) is a tool that developers can use to build software applications.
Developers can use the Merchant Fulfilment API to build applications that let sellers purchase shipping using Amazon's Buy Shipping.
Review the Service Terms for use of the Merchant Fulfilment API.
If you want to buy shipping from your seller account, see Buy shipping through Seller Central.
With the Merchant Fulfilment API, you can:
-
Access Buy Shipping through the Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS).
-
Manage your shipping with a shipping integrator that has adopted the Merchant Fulfilment API.
-
Purchase shipping services directly through the Merchant Fulfilment API.
Note: This is only available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and India.
