Subscribe & Save allows Amazon customers to sign up for recurring, scheduled deliveries of products they use frequently. Subscribers receive a discount of 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% off their Subscribe & Save orders, as well as free shipping. Eligible FBA sellers can participate in Subscribe & Save by enrolling their FBA products in the program. See the Eligibility requirements below for more details.
Subscribe & Save customers select the product, the quantity, and the frequency of delivery. A 5% discount is given per subscription. If a customer receives products from 5 or more subscriptions in a given month, to the same address, the customer will be given a 10% or 15% discount per subscription, depending on the product category. Amazon Family customers receive a flat 20% discount on diapers regardless of the number of subscriptions. See the Eligible product categories below for more information about the discounts per category.
Your coupon and promotional discounts are added to Subscribe & Save discounts. For example, if you run a Lightning Deal on a product in the Subscribe & Save program, you will need to provide the Subscribe & Save discount in addition to the deal price.
For more information about the customer program, see Subscribe & Save.

Seller performance reviews are ongoing in order to ensure a positive Amazon customer experience. When evaluating performance, we consider such things as your ability to maintain inventory levels sufficient to meet customer demand, customer feedback, and Subscribe & Save order cancellations. Poor performance metrics may affect your ability to participate in the program.
You can go to Subscribe & Save Manage products to access your performance dashboard and review the following metrics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly time frames:
You can also get these performance metrics at the ASIN level by using the search option on the dashboard. You can search up to 20 ASINs at a time.
If you feel your Subscribe & Save participation is wrongly terminated, you can request an investigation by contacting Seller Support.
