Temporary closure of YYZ4 fulfilment centre (Brampton, Canada)

Amazon reopened the YYZ4 fulfilment centre, located at 8050 Heritage Road in Brampton, Ontario, on March 28, 2021.

I haven’t taken any action on my FBA offers since March 13. Do I need to do anything?

No action is required from you. Your FBA offers remain available on Amazon.

I converted my FBA offers to seller fulfilled. What should I do now?

We recommend that you convert your seller-fulfilled offers to FBA as soon as possible.

What about inventory sent via an Amazon partnered carrier that was in transit to YYZ4 before March 13, 2021?

No action is required from you. We resumed the receiving of inventory when YYZ4 reopened on March 28, 2021.

What about inventory sent via a non-Amazon partnered carrier that was in transit to YYZ4 before March 13, 2021?

After YYZ4 closed on March 13, 2021, all non-Amazon partnered carriers were informed and provided with new appointment dates. All new appointment dates are after March 28, 2021.

I have a shipment in transit to YYZ4. What should I do?

No action is required from you. We resumed the receiving of inventory when YYZ4 reopened on March 28, 2021.

Can I create removal orders for inventory that is in YYZ4?

Yes, you can continue to create removal orders, but their processing will be delayed.
