How to determine if your products are Envelope, Standard-Size, or Oversize
A packaged Unit with the following weight and dimensions is an Envelope:
-
500 g or less
-
38 cm or less on its longest side
-
27 cm or less on its median side
-
2 cm or less on its shortest side
A packaged Unit with the following weight and dimensions is Standard-Size:
-
9 kg or less
-
45 cm or less on its longest side
-
35 cm or less on its median side
-
20 cm or less on its shortest side
A Unit exceeding any of these measurements is Oversize.
Note: If a product is sold as a set, use the dimensions and weight of the combined Units when packaged together.
Oversize Special Handling
An additional fee will be applied to large-screen televisions* and other products that meet these criteria:
-
Exceed 270 cm on the longest side; or
-
Exceed 419 cm for the longest side + 2x height + 2x width; or
-
Exceed an outbound shipping weight of 69 kg
*Large-screen televisions refer to TVs with screens 106.7 cm or larger. However, smaller televisions could qualify for the Special Handling surcharge based on other factors such as weight and how delicate the TV is.
Change a product's weight or dimensions
When you are the only seller of an ASIN, and you need to change your product's weight or dimensions, follow these steps:
-
Contact Seller Support and explain that you need to update your unit's weight or dimensions.
-
If you currently have inventory for the product, you may need to sell through it before the new weight and dimensions show.
Note: Amazon stores weight and dimensions at the ASIN level. We cannot target a specific unit for measurement. When multiple sellers sell the same ASIN, the weight and dimensions information may not represent your specific units.
